1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FarangAmongUs mobile application, website at https://farangamongus.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Kampeki Factory LLC ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

FarangAmongUs is a community travel network that helps adult members discover each other through a world map and mosaic, physical stickers, consent-based contact requests (Spot and Where Are You), and optional partner listings.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using FarangAmongUs, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Service is not directed at children. See our Child safety standards for more information.

4. Account

You sign in with a valid email address using one-time-password authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email account and for all activity under your account.

Your nickname is public, unique, and immutable in V1. You must provide accurate profile information and keep your settings up to date.

You may pause your account to hide from the map temporarily, or permanently delete it as described in our account deletion instructions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or discriminate against other members.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or location.
  • Send spam, scams, malware, or unsolicited commercial messages.
  • Upload or share illegal, abusive, sexually exploitative, or violent content.
  • Attempt to bypass consent-based contact rules or circumvent blocks or moderation.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security measures.
  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law or these Terms.

6. Stickers and orders

Physical stickers are optional paid products. Prices, shipping regions, and fulfilment times are shown at checkout and may change.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. You authorise us and our fulfilment partners to use the shipping address you provide to print and deliver your order.

Sticker orders are generally non-refundable once production or shipment has begun, except where required by applicable consumer law or where we cancel an order.

Community trace: when you order a sticker, you may choose to allow your nickname and sticker image to remain visible as a community trace after account deletion. This choice is presented at order time and explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Community features

Spot: after scanning a member's sticker, you may send a spot request with an optional contextual photo and message. The recipient must accept before a private conversation opens. Spot photos are subject to moderation.

Where Are You: you may send a contact request from the map or mosaic. The recipient may accept or decline. No private chat exists until a request is accepted.

Messaging: private conversations support text and emojis only in V1. You must respect other members' decisions to decline, block, or stop communicating.

You are responsible for your interactions with other members, including any in-person meetings arranged through the Service. Exercise caution when meeting people you do not know.

8. Content and moderation

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and moderate that content as needed to operate the Service.

We may review, remove, or restrict content — including spot photos, profile fields, and partner listings — that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

Members can report and block others from the app. We may warn, suspend, pause, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

The FarangAmongUs name, logo, app design, and other Service materials are owned by Kampeki Factory LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

Community stickers, avatars, and partner branding remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Do not use another member's or partner's branding in a misleading way.

10. Partner accounts

Approved partners may publish business listings within the Service. Partner accounts must provide accurate business information and comply with these Terms and any additional partner guidelines we publish.

We may reject, edit, or remove partner listings that are misleading, inactive, or incompatible with the community.

Partner accounts linked to a deleted member account are deactivated.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other members, or where required by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time by pausing or deleting your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your expectations. We are not responsible for the conduct of members or third parties, whether online or offline.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kampeki Factory LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top indicates the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the app, by email, or by posting an updated version at https://farangamongus.com.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
